Adult Education

Our FREE classes will teach you about eligibility requirements and the application process. It will also prepare you to take the Naturalization Interview & Test. Classes take place once a week on Thursdays from 5-8pm at our Oceano Learning Center. Materials are provided. You must be able to read and understand basic English.

Basic literacy is crucial because it serves as the foundation for all learning and daily functioning. Strong literacy skills enhace the ability to navigate daily life, find job opportunites, manage finances and engage fully in the community. This class will help you: read instructions, complete forms, understand key information and communicate confidently.
