Phlebotomy Technician & Medical Assistant course opportunities available here on the Central Coast! Located in Oceano, CA.
Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT1)
Learn basic and advanced blood collection techniques, along with anatomy and physiology related to Phlebotomy. Students will also learn lab protocols and labeling.
Graduates are prepared to take the Certified Clinical exam through the National Health Career Association.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must present a High School Diploma or GED.
Tuition $1,950 (does not include exam cost or textbook fee). A payment plan is provided with AUMT.
Next course dates:
January 23 through March 13, 2026
April 24 through June 12, 2026.
These classes take place every Friday from 10:00am – 4:00pm at our Oceano Learning Center, Room 34.
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
Designed to equip students with skills and knowledge required for both administrative and clinical roles in healthcare settings.
Graduates are prepared to take the Certified Clinical exam through the National Health Career Association.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must present a High School Diploma or GED.
Tuition $2,495 (does not include exam cost or textbook fee). A payment plan is provided with AUMT.
Next course dates:
December 1, 2025 through February 25, 2026.
January 5 through March 18, 2026
January 20 through April 1, 2026.
These classes take place Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm – 10:30pm at our Oceano Learning Center, Room 34.
