Phlebotomy Technician & Medical Assistant course opportunities available here on the Central Coast! Located in Oceano, CA.
Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT1)
Learn basic and advanced blood collection techniques, along with anatomy and physiology, related to Phlebotomy. Students will also learn lab protocols and labeling.
Graduates are prepared to take the certified clinical exam through the National Healthcareer Association.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must present a High School Diploma or GED.

Our next fast-track 8 week Phlebotomy course: January 8 – February 26, 2026.
In person Friday’s from 10:00am – 4:00pm at our Oceano Learning Center, Room 34.
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
Designed to equip students with skills and knowledge required for both administrative and clinical roles in healthcare settings.
Graduates are prepared to take the Certified Clinical exam through the National Health Career Association.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must present a High School Diploma or GED.

These are hybrid classes. Monday through Thursday will be online instruction and the time depends on your registration. You can chose from 9:00am – 1:00pm OR 6:00pm – 10:00pm. In person lab days will be held on Fridays from 6:00pm – 10:00pm at our Oceano Learning Center, Room 34.
